Everything a CRE mortgage broker does, from the moment a deal lands to the day it funds — thirteen skills sequenced in the order the work actually happens.
Intake and sort the deal file. Screen it for value and financeability before you spend a week on it. Normalize the rent roll and T12 into real NOI. Size the debt and find the equity gap.
