What this skill does

A full SEO audit of a lender's or broker's website — why it isn't showing up for "bridge loans in [CITY]" or "hard money lender [STATE]", and what to fix first. Covers crawling and indexing, site speed, on-page content, and how well the site's pages would be cited by AI search tools.

What it does

  • Checks whether search engines can find and index every loan program page
  • Reviews titles, headings, page copy and internal links for the searches borrowers and brokers actually type
  • Flags speed and mobile problems that push a site down the results
  • Checks structured data and whether AI search tools could quote the site
  • Ranks the fixes by impact so the first week of work counts most

When to use it

  • Your website gets little traffic or few loan inquiries from search
  • You are launching new loan-program or city pages
  • Traffic dropped and you don't know why
  • Before paying an agency, to know what actually needs doing

What to have ready

  • Your website address
  • The loan programs, property types and markets you want to be found for
  • Access to Google Search Console or analytics, if you have it
  • Two or three competing lenders who outrank you

How to use it
