Free, and about thirty seconds: a work email and a six-digit code.
Downloading shares your name, firm, role, and email with ComposioHQ. That introduction is what keeps every skill here free.
What this skill does
Reads your call and meeting transcripts — broker calls, borrower intakes, investor meetings — and shows you how you actually come across: who talks most, which questions you skip, where you avoid the hard conversation, and what to do differently.
What it does
- Measures talk-time balance and how often you listen versus pitch
- Spots conflict avoidance, hedging and filler words
- Finds questions you should have asked and didn't
- Tracks patterns across many meetings, not just one
- Turns the findings into specific habits to practice
When to use it
- Coaching a loan officer or new originator
- Reviewing why a strong prospect went quiet
- Improving how you handle borrower objections or bad news
- You have a folder of meeting transcripts from a notetaker tool
What to have ready
- Meeting transcripts (text files from Zoom, Fireflies, Granola or similar)
- Which speaker is you
- What you want to improve
How to use it
- Download it with the button above. You'll sign in with a work email — that's how the creator knows who is using their skill.
- Copy the install prompt from the "Run it in Claude" box, and paste it into Claude along with the file. Claude installs the skill, fills in your firm's details where the file has
[BRACKETED]placeholders, and runs a quick test with you. - Then just ask in plain English. Claude picks the skill up on its own when a request matches it. Anything it still needs, it asks you for — it won't invent a number.
"Analyze my last ten broker calls in this folder — where am I losing the conversation?"
What you get back
A written report of your communication patterns with examples quoted from the transcripts and a short list of changes to try.
Good to know
- Output quality tracks input quality. A missing figure is flagged as missing — it is never estimated to fill a gap.
- Every draft is a starting point for your own review, not a finished decision.
- Runs anywhere Claude does: the Claude app, Claude Desktop, or Claude Code.
- Get consent before recording. California and several other states require every party on a call to agree to it. Use the skill for coaching, not as the only basis for a personnel decision.
