Sponsor real estate podcasters and YouTubers the right way — vetting, deals, disclosure

Free, and about thirty seconds: a work email and a six-digit code.
Downloading shares your name, firm, role, and email with Corey Haines. That introduction is what keeps every skill here free.
What this skill does
Real estate investors learn from podcasts, YouTube channels and newsletters, and many lenders sponsor them. This skill finds and vets the right creators, structures the deal, writes the brief, handles disclosure, and measures whether the sponsorship actually produced loans.
What it does
- Finds and vets creators whose audience matches your borrowers
- Drafts outreach and structures the deal — flat fee, per-lead or ambassador
- Writes a creative brief the creator can work from
- Covers endorsement disclosure requirements
- Sets up tracking and a post-campaign ROI review
When to use it
- Considering a podcast or YouTube sponsorship
- A creator has pitched you a package
- Building an ambassador program with well-known investors
- A past sponsorship produced nothing measurable
What to have ready
- Who you want to reach and which creators they follow
- Budget and what a funded loan is worth
- What you want the creator to say — and must not say
- How you will track leads from each creator
How to use it
- Download it with the button above. You'll sign in with a work email — that's how the creator knows who is using their skill.
- Copy the install prompt from the "Run it in Claude" box, and paste it into Claude along with the file. Claude installs the skill, fills in your firm's details where the file has
[BRACKETED]placeholders, and runs a quick test with you. - Then just ask in plain English. Claude picks the skill up on its own when a request matches it. Anything it still needs, it asks you for — it won't invent a number.
"Vet [PODCAST NAME] for a [BUDGET] sponsorship aimed at [LOAN PROGRAM] borrowers and write the creative brief."
What you get back
A vetted creator shortlist, deal structure, creative brief, disclosure checklist and measurement plan.
Good to know
- Output quality tracks input quality. A missing figure is flagged as missing — it is never estimated to fill a gap.
- Every draft is a starting point for your own review, not a finished decision.
- Runs anywhere Claude does: the Claude app, Claude Desktop, or Claude Code.
- Paid endorsements must be clearly disclosed under FTC rules. Creators should not quote rates or promise approval, and paying unlicensed people per lead or per loan can raise broker-licensing issues in some states — check with counsel.
