Free, and about thirty seconds: a work email and a six-digit code.

Screened

Downloading shares your name, firm, role, and email with ComposioHQ. That introduction is what keeps every skill here free.

What this skill does

Turns a messy deal folder, shared drive or Downloads pile into a clean, consistent structure — it reviews what is there, proposes a folder plan, finds duplicates, and only moves or renames files after you approve the plan.

What it does

  • Reviews a folder and summarizes what is in it: file types, sizes, dates and obvious problems
  • Proposes a clear folder structure — for example by deal, borrower or loan stage — before changing anything
  • Finds duplicate files and recommends which copy to keep
  • Renames files to one consistent pattern, such as date plus description
  • Moves files only after you say yes, and logs every move so it can be undone

When to use it

  • A closed loan's files are scattered across Downloads, email attachments and the desktop
  • Setting up a standard folder layout for every new deal
  • Cleaning up a shared drive before an audit, a fund review or a staff change
  • Archiving deals that paid off or went quiet months ago

What to have ready

  • The folder to organize
  • What should stay untouched (active deals, sensitive files)
  • How aggressive to be: a light tidy or a full restructure

How to use it

  1. Download it with the button above. You'll sign in with a work email — that's how the creator knows who is using their skill.
  2. Copy the install prompt from the "Run it in Claude" box, and paste it into Claude along with the file. Claude installs the skill, fills in your firm's details where the file has [BRACKETED] placeholders, and runs a quick test with you.
  3. Then just ask in plain English. Claude picks the skill up on its own when a request matches it. Anything it still needs, it asks you for — it won't invent a number.

"Organize my Downloads folder: put loan documents into a folder per deal, keep appraisals and title reports together, and archive anything older than six months."

What you get back

An organization plan you approve first, then a tidy folder tree, a log of every file moved or renamed, and simple habits to keep it that way.

Good to know

  • Output quality tracks input quality. A missing figure is flagged as missing — it is never estimated to fill a gap.
  • Every draft is a starting point for your own review, not a finished decision.
  • Runs anywhere Claude does: the Claude app, Claude Desktop, or Claude Code.
  • It works on files on your own computer and asks before deleting anything — but keep a backup before a large reorganization. Loan files can be subject to record-retention rules and legal holds: archive rather than delete anything a regulator, investor or lawsuit may need.

Legal disclaimer

This skill drafts; it does not decide. Its output is not legal, tax, accounting, appraisal, or investment advice, and using it creates no attorney-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship. Nothing it produces is a commitment to lend or an offer to sell a security. Verify every number, date, citation, and conclusion against the source documents, and have a qualified professional licensed in the relevant jurisdiction review the work before you rely on it or send it to a borrower, investor, counterparty, or regulator. Laws, rates, and market data change. The final work product is yours.
