Install it in one line — paste a single command into Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor and it writes the skill into your project.
Free, and about thirty seconds: a work email and a six-digit code.
Downloading shares your name, firm, role, and email with Corey Haines. That introduction is what keeps every skill here free.
What this skill does
Lenders spend heavily on conference booths, REIA sponsorships and investor dinners, often with little to show for it. This skill decides which events to be at, how to run a webinar or dinner, how to land speaking slots, and how to follow up so an event turns into loan submissions.
What it does
- Builds an event portfolio: which to sponsor, attend, speak at or host
- Scores sponsorship packages on expected return before you sign
- Plans webinars and small dinners from invite to follow-up
- Prepares speaking pitches and talks that generate inquiries
- Sets the pre-event, on-site and follow-up plan
When to use it
- Deciding next year's conference and sponsorship budget
- Hosting a webinar, lunch-and-learn or investor dinner
- Pitching to speak at an industry event
- Leads from the last event went nowhere
What to have ready
- The events you are considering, with costs
- Who you want to meet — brokers, borrowers, capital partners
- Your team's capacity to staff and follow up
- Results from past events, if any
How to use it
- Download it with the button above. You'll sign in with a work email — that's how the creator knows who is using their skill.
- Copy the install prompt from the "Run it in Claude" box, and paste it into Claude along with the file. Claude installs the skill, fills in your firm's details where the file has
[BRACKETED]placeholders, and runs a quick test with you. - Then just ask in plain English. Claude picks the skill up on its own when a request matches it. Anything it still needs, it asks you for — it won't invent a number.
"We're considering a [SPONSORSHIP LEVEL] at [CONFERENCE] for [COST]. Should we do it, and if so, how do we turn it into [NUMBER] broker relationships?"
What you get back
An event plan with ROI estimates, run-of-show, invitations and a follow-up sequence for each event.
Good to know
- Output quality tracks input quality. A missing figure is flagged as missing — it is never estimated to fill a gap.
- Every draft is a starting point for your own review, not a finished decision.
- Runs anywhere Claude does: the Claude app, Claude Desktop, or Claude Code.
- If you present a fund at an event, what you say about it may be a general solicitation under securities rules — clear fund content with counsel first. Text-message reminders need the recipient's prior consent under the TCPA. The author's ROI examples are from software companies.
