What a lender or broker should publish — topics, formats and a calendar that brings deals

Free, and about thirty seconds: a work email and a six-digit code.

Screened

Downloading shares your name, firm, role, and email with Corey Haines. That introduction is what keeps every skill here free.

What this skill does

Plans what a lending firm should write, film or publish so the right borrowers and brokers find it and trust it — built around the questions investors actually ask before they need a loan. Produces topic clusters, priorities and a calendar instead of one-off blog posts.

What it does

  • Maps the questions borrowers, brokers and investors ask at each stage
  • Groups topics into clusters around your loan programs and markets
  • Ranks ideas by search demand, deal value and effort
  • Builds an editorial calendar with formats and owners
  • Plans distribution so each piece reaches people after it is published

When to use it

  • Starting a blog or newsletter
  • Publishing regularly but getting few inquiries from it
  • Launching a new loan program or market
  • Deciding what to hand a writer or agency

What to have ready

  • Your loan programs, markets and ideal borrowers
  • What you have already published
  • Who can create content and how often
  • Competitors whose content you admire

How to use it

  1. Download it with the button above. You'll sign in with a work email — that's how the creator knows who is using their skill.
  2. Copy the install prompt from the "Run it in Claude" box, and paste it into Claude along with the file. Claude installs the skill, fills in your firm's details where the file has [BRACKETED] placeholders, and runs a quick test with you.
  3. Then just ask in plain English. Claude picks the skill up on its own when a request matches it. Anything it still needs, it asks you for — it won't invent a number.

"Build a 6-month content plan for our [LOAN PROGRAM] in [STATE] aimed at first-time flippers and the brokers who serve them."

What you get back

A content strategy with prioritized topic clusters, a calendar, and a distribution plan for each piece.

Good to know

  • Output quality tracks input quality. A missing figure is flagged as missing — it is never estimated to fill a gap.
  • Every draft is a starting point for your own review, not a finished decision.
  • Runs anywhere Claude does: the Claude app, Claude Desktop, or Claude Code.
  • Rates, leverage and eligibility change — label figures in content as examples, date them, or leave them out. For consumer-purpose loans, quoting a rate or payment terms in content brings in Truth in Lending (Regulation Z) advertising rules; have compliance review rate content. Pair with SEO Audit, Programmatic SEO and Lead Magnets.

Legal disclaimer

This skill drafts; it does not decide. Its output is not legal, tax, accounting, appraisal, or investment advice, and using it creates no attorney-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship. Nothing it produces is a commitment to lend or an offer to sell a security. Verify every number, date, citation, and conclusion against the source documents, and have a qualified professional licensed in the relevant jurisdiction review the work before you rely on it or send it to a borrower, investor, counterparty, or regulator. Laws, rates, and market data change. The final work product is yours.

What it does
When the user wants to plan a content strategy, decide what content to create, or figure out what topics to cover. Also use when the user mentions "content strategy," "what should I write about," "content ideas," "blog strategy," "topic clusters," "content planning," "editorial calendar," "content marketing," "content roadmap," "what content should I create," "blog topics," "content pillars," or "I don't know what to write." Use this whenever someone needs help deciding what content to produce, not just writing it. For writing individual pieces, see copywriting. For SEO-specific audits, see seo-audit. For social media content specifically, see social.

Changes made by LenderSkills: Minimal wording changes only, listed here. The upstream references/ folder
(content-distribution.md, headless-cms.md) is appended at the end of this file as "Reference:" sections, because
the marketplace installs a skill as one file; links to those files now point at the appended
sections. Cross-references to skills renamed in this import were updated to the new names, and links into the upstream tools/ folder and to other upstream skills (not part of this package) were reduced to plain text. One arithmetic correction: in the content-scoring template, Topic A's weighted total was shown as 8.0; 8×0.4 + 9×0.3 + 7×0.2 + 6×0.1 = 7.9, so it now reads 7.9. Evals were not included. A legal disclaimer is appended at the end of the file.
Otherwise the author's content is unmodified.
