What this skill does

Cold outreach that gets replies — to mortgage brokers you want sending you deals, to investors for your fund, or to real estate investors who need a lender. Short, specific emails and a follow-up sequence that sound like a person wrote them.

How to use it

  • Commercial email in the U.S. must follow CAN-SPAM — a truthful subject line, your physical address and a working opt-out — and texts and calls have their own consent rules. The author's examples cite results from other companies; don't reuse those figures as your own.
